Role Description
We're partnered with a well established food manufacturer in the DC area who is looking for a new Plant Manager to take ownership of their flagship site. The role reports into the VP of Operations and will oversee a total team of roughly 200 employees. This site is expanding so any experience leading expansion projects would be beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years' experience at the Plant Manager level
- Baked Goods experience highly preferred
- Full P&L responsibility
