As a licensed Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for closing a targeted number of sales from leads, prospects, and policyholders. But that's not all! As an Insurance Advisor, you'll also:
- Handle warm inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads with ease
- Assess customer’s insurance needs and suggest coverages based on a need/exposure assessment
- Finalize sales and coordinate collection of deposits while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria

- We will consider a variety of experiences to include current licensed agents, restaurant, car sales, phone sales, or any customer facing position that requires strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making calls and talking to people on the phone all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8-5 and one Saturday per month 9-1
