Title: Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager
Reports to: Head of Talent

Summary:
As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager at Guidelight Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and the company's clinical talent sourcing and recruitment strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent you will support all aspects of talent acquisition & management including sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, pre-boarding and on-boarding. This talent leader will be responsible for applying creative solutions and implementing initiatives that promote a thoughtful and positive brand to candidates of the Company, work to attract top clinical talent, and cultivate a high-performance culture through
candidate and teammate engagement which is fully aligned with the company's Mission, Vision and Values.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Clinical Talent Acquisition Ownership
- Work within the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talent in clinical roles.
- Including but not limited to: Executive Directors, Medical Directors, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.), and both Adolescent and Adult Client Service Coordinators and Behavioral Health Techs.
- Pipeline Production and Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data and track performance within our ATS to effectively communicate on the health and quality of each project.
- Leverage data and key recruitment metrics to evaluate pipeline health, optimize
recruitment strategies, and deliver quality results across multiple competing projects.
- Employee Engagement and Clinical Retention
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance employee retention, satisfaction, and
engagement. - Collaborate with PX teammates and management teams to drive organizational growth
and enhance employee capabilities through talent management initiatives.

- Actively monitor trends in the mental health and broader provider landscape to keep Guidelight Health competitive and well-informed on industry shifts.

- Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, associations, and academic
institutions to enhance Guidelight Health's presence in the clinical talent market. - Attend industry events and participate in relevant networking opportunities to stay engaged with broader market discussions and competitive insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
or the equivalent. - 2 years of talent recruiting experience, with a focus on clinical talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to hire clinical talent across a variety of different states, with a deep understanding of state-by-state clinical policies, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Experience in Greenhouse preferred, not required.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top tier talent or implementing initiatives to
retain that talent. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport
and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive
