Key Responsibilities :
- Conducts and oversees the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring alignment with company hiring goals and workforce planning initiatives.
- Leads and develops the recruiting team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness.
- Drives process improvements to optimize internal recruiting operations and strengthen Nitto Avecia's employer brand.
- Develops and maintains relationships with Career Services departments, industry networks, and state / local employment resources to build strong talent pipelines.
