Summary :
The Director of Clinical Outreach will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Clinical Outreach and will be responsible for leading the outreach efforts in Greater Denver for a fast-growing healthcare startup. You'll be given tremendous responsibility, as your efforts will determine our success in the community. You'll work alongside our operations team to identify referral sources, build relationships with clinical partners and provide resources to patients in need. You'll be the face of Guidelight in your local community and will ensure that patients and providers are aware of Guidelight's programs and what makes us different.
Responsibilities :
- Be a valuable source of information for all things related to intermediate levels of care in mental health.
- Act as consultant to professionals (managed care organizations, therapists, psychiatrists, schools, health systems and other providers) and families looking to access services.
- Interface with admissions to ensure a seamless patient experience and drive census.
- Become knowledgeable of all Guidelight programs.
- Utilize a customer relationship management system to manage daily outreach activity.
- Participate in weekly team growth meetings.
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
- Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and solidify community partnerships.
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners, both existing and new.
- Lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
- Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on census targets.

125,000—$135,000 USD
