PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Projects and work activities as assigned by leader to independently solve complex business problems – including but not limited to independently performing analysis, evaluation, building/developing, testing, enhancing, maintaining, or evaluating cyber & physical security processes & procedures with accuracy and with on-time deliverables.
- Acquire and demonstrate cybersecurity & physical security and business knowledge through maintaining engagement with business stakeholders.
- Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within assigned business area and continuously seek technical training developing / enhancing skills.
- Engage and participate in other activities and meetings, such as engagement & training sessions, and IT Meetings.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant cybersecurity and or physical security experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office 365 Suite skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.
- Ability to solve problems using procedures and guidelines.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Approximately 10-20% travel
- Prior experience with government security frameworks
- Basic understanding of cyber security strategies.
- Basic understanding of physical security strategies.
- Understanding of NERC CIP standards
- Understanding of NIST cybersecurity framework.
