The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and screen candidates to ensure qualifications align to job requirements. They will partner with TA and hiring teams to fill a variety of technical, sales and administrative roles.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates by using job postings, social media sites, cold-calling, networking and GuidePoint's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS.
- Evaluate résumés and conduct prescreening interviews to evaluate suitability of skills, experience and knowledge.
- Schedule interviews and assessments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers and ensure ongoing communication throughout the process.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to prepare offer letters.
- Other recruiting/HR related duties as assigned.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on IT technical and consulting recruiting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing objectives to fill positions.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- High degree of professionalism and ethics.
- Self-sufficient and able to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Applicant Tracking Systems required.
- Any travel/on site requirements as needed
- Sedentary work
- Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
