What You’ll Do:
As an Implementation Specialist at Guidesly, you will focus on creating efficiency and driving success through technology solutions for full product adoption day one. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new partners in wide range of outdoor recreation industries, including fishing, hunting, snow sports, water sports, wildlife tours and more. By understanding client needs, managing the migration of existing guest and booking information, and configuring our platform to accommodate all client team members, you will play a crucial role in their successful adoption of Guidesly's tools. This position is central to enhancing the efficiency of our partners' operations and driving long-term success through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and interact directly with new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Guidesly’s platform.
Work within the customer success team to collaborate with sales to gather client requirements and tailor the implementation process to meet their unique needs.
Meet or exceed data migration objectives for initial stages of implementation to ensure 100% adoption from the first day of launch, proactively addressing any technical or operational issues.
Develop technology driven onboarding support and conduct comprehensive training sessions (internal and external) to ensure partners and their teams fully leverage Guidesly’s technology for all of their trips and bookings.
Document, measure and refine implementation processes to continually improve efficiency and enhance partner satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring that feedback is communicated and integrated into product enhancements.
Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to continually improve the implementation experience and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage many implementations simultaneously and efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and a quick learner of new tools and technologies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving processes, researching and presenting new technology solutions to address challenges.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training and implementation support.
