Job Description:
Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Customer Representative to join our team! In this role, you will make outbound calls to engage past customers, renew relationships, and encourage them to schedule appointments with our senior agents.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to former or inactive customers to re-establish contact.
- Actively listen to customers' needs, address their concerns, and explain the value of our services.
- Set appointments for senior agents by guiding customers through the scheduling process.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customers have the necessary information for their appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with professionalism and resilience.
- Goal-oriented, with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
