We specialize in custom fences with the best customer service available. We install wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, steel, and automated gate operators. We service residential and commercial projects with new construction, tear-out / replacement, and repair services. Job Description
You will be responsible for efficiently assisting lead installers to complete fence installations.
- Review job details with lead installer
- Load and secure material and equipment for transportation to jobsite
- When necessary drive installation truck to jobsites; keep installation truck and tools organized, clean and well maintained
- Dig post holes using post-hole diggers and powered auger; mix and pour concrete
- Carry materials between truck and jobsite
- Maintain safe and clean jobsite
- Use hand tools, power tools, fork lift, skid steer loader, and other equipment as necessary
- Perform work with a high degree of integrity, efficiency and motivation
Requirements
- Lift up to 100 lbs. above knees; 30 lbs. above head. Work standing, kneeling, bending at knees for several hours
- Walk over 2 miles each day; push a 200 lbs. wheel barrow at least 100 feet
- Have a valid Missouri class E driver license or equivalent
- Be able to use measuring devices and do basic math calculations
- Be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Training
We will provide training for the position. This includes material, installation techniques, contracts, supplies, jobsite procedures, and other company specific processes required for the position.
Our goal is to provide laborers with additional training to become lead installers.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
