Clinical Supervisor - TCM
FLSA Status: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
FTE: 1
Salary Range: $70,000 - $79,000/annually
As the Clinical Supervisor you will be part of the Targeted Case Management leadership team responsible for directing, guiding, and modeling quality services to case management staff. You will empower staff to help individuals who have serious mental illnesses and/or substance disorders live self-directed and satisfying lives. You will provide leadership and clinical supervision for the provision of services; continually assessing and responding to changes in service needs over time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to team members so they can provide flexible, person-centered services and support.
- Select, train, evaluate, and develop assigned employees to ensure optimum performance and allocation of resources.
- Ensure services from the team are documented in individual records so information is readily available, results of services can be determined, and record-keeping standards are met.
- Facilitate team discussions and communicate pertinent information to ensure quality of service for the individuals served.
- Empower staff to complete their job function in the spirit of the agency mission and in accordance with agency standards.
- Promote an inclusive, diverse, culturally competent, and respectful work environment.
Qualifications
- The Clinical Supervisor must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of MN.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the delivery of mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, and/or health care services is desired.
Additional Requirements
- A valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record and necessary insurance.
- Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and must not have received services within the last two years.
