The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for crafting and distributing engaging content across various mediums to support recruitment, retention, and overall communication efforts at GTCC. This role includes email, print, and digital communication, social media management, and content strategy, ensuring alignment with GTCC’s brand and mission. This position serves as an integral part in content creation for the overall Marketing Team to include photography and video shooting/editing, writing, copy editing, and talking point creation.
- Associates degree and 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital media, advertising, or relevant field
- Minimum of three years’ applicable experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in social media and content development
- Experience with content creation and management
- Basic graphic design
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be creative, flexible and have strong writing and editing skills
The following (compliance) training is required and must be completed within the first 30 days of hire with annual refresher training thereafter:
- Ethics
- Safety/Shooter on Campus
- Personal Information Protection Training (PIP)
- Anti-Discrimination/Harassment & Title IX
- Other training may be required as determined applicable.
