We are currently seeking a clinical supervisor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our growing team. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole, are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a hybrid position that includes both in-person services at our Sacramento, California (95814) location and flexible scheduling. All clinical staff start part-time, with opportunities to transition to full-time after an initial 90-day period. Job Responsibilities :
The clinical supervisor will provide clinical supervision and support to up to six board-registered associates. Supervisors are also required to provide direct client services, with a minimum of :
- 15 billable hours per week for part-time staff.
- 20 billable hours per week for full-time staff.
Supervisors and their supervisees will deliver counseling and mental health services in a marital and family context. These services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Additional responsibilities include :
