Our center offers a safe, youth-friendly space where integrated mental health services address mild to moderate mental health, physical health, substance use, and employment / education support. Guided by a Youth Advisory Group, allcove™ reflects the unique culture of the communities it serves, decreasing stigma and empowering early help-seeking.
As the Clinical Leader , you will be pivotal in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services. Your leadership will ensure evidence-based practices are implemented, and your passion for youth wellness will help drive GSUL's mission of supporting the mental health needs of underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Service Delivery : Provide clinical leadership and ensure evidence-based care is delivered across behavioral health services. Develop clinical governance processes and ensure high-quality, youth-centered care.
- Collaborative Leadership : Partner with the Youth Advisory Group, center staff, contractors, and community-based providers to create a holistic care environment.
- Manage Clinical Resources : Coordinate flexible staffing and manage client caseloads to ensure responsive service delivery. Actively supervise staff, including interns and fellows, to enhance their professional growth.
- Promote Excellence in Care : Engage in direct service delivery during high-demand periods and actively participate in the management team, driving strategic planning and service improvements.
- Foster Stakeholder Relationships : Build strong partnerships with health, behavioral health, and psychosocial service providers to deliver comprehensive support to young people.
- Ensure Quality and Safety : Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and identify areas for clinical improvements.
