Position Overview:As the Sales and Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, and leading initiatives that promote business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded while enhancing customer satisfaction and building a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at expanding market share and increasing revenue.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance, key metrics, and business development activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales and business development
