As a key member of our sales floor staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through guitar maintenance and repair services. This role requires a strong understanding of repairing guitars, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing high-quality service and expert advice on guitar maintenance and repair.
- Maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and assist with inventory management.
- Develop knowledge and skills through training programs and certifications.
