As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and build business through excellent customer experiences and quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned
