As our Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
A successful Repair Technician demonstrates the following characteristics:

- Selling: Develops a base understanding of products and sales techniques through GC's certification program.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques for retention.
As our Repair Technician, you will:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
