We are seeking a skilled Repair Tech (Guitar) who can provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, while also assisting in maintaining our store inventory. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, deliver exceptional results, and continually drive business growth through outstanding work and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair customer-owned instruments to the highest standards
- Assist in maintaining store inventory, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
- Develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
- Train learners effectively, communicating information and techniques to ensure retention
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
Requirements:
- Demonstrated skill in repairing guitars
- Fundamental understanding of Guitar Center products
