Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as assist in maintaining store inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of repairing guitars and excellent customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service by interacting with customers in a positive and approachable manner.
- Service customer-owned instruments with exceptional craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
