As a skilled craftsman, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while enhancing the store's inventory quality. Delivering excellent customer service and building relationships are key to this role.
The position involves interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, servicing customer-owned instruments with craftsmanship, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repair work, and additional duties as assigned.
Main Responsibilities:
