As a skilled craftsman, you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves delivering outstanding service, managing store inventory, and completing warranty repairs. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of guitar repairs and are committed to supporting and developing musicians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in repairing guitars and be able to maintain a high level of craftsmanship. They will be able to interact with customers in a meaningful way, providing an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities and issues, follow through on work activities, and develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.

• Interact with customers to deliver a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned
