As a Guitar Technician (Luthier) at our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences by providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. Your expertise will be showcased through your exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring that every instrument is treated with the utmost care.

As our Repair Tech, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. You will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality work.
A few key characteristics of successful Repair Technicians include:
- Customer Focus: Understanding customer service principles, able to provide an excellent customer experience, connect with customers in a meaningful way, approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
- Initiative: Able to identify opportunities & issues and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so, develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales and leadership.
- Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they are retained.
You will also:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additonal duties as assigned
