As a skilled guitar technician at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing business through excellent customer experiences and high-quality work.

- Initiative: Identifies opportunities & issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. Able to learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so. Develops knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
As a Repair Technician, you will:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
