Key Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory
- Build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work
Skill Requirements
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues and follows through on work activities
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques
