- Assisting in the upkeep of store inventory, ensuring that all instruments are properly maintained and ready for sale or rental
- Developing strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent service and communication
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a guitar technician or luthier
- Strong knowledge of guitar maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
