POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an Instrument Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and have a strong understanding of repairing guitars. Previous knowledge of Guitar Center products is preferred but not required. This role offers a base pay plus commissions and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and opportunities for gig leave to support employees who are musicians.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences
- Service customer-owned instruments with craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
