Position Overview : As our Instrument Repair Technician for guitars, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Your role will involve creating a great customer experience and delivering quality work to continually grow and improve the business.
- Customer Focus : Understand customer service principles and provide excellent customer experiences. Connect with customers in a meaningful way. Address customer service issues effectively.
