The Repair Tech (Guitar) role is responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting with inventory upkeep. This position drives business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Provide top-notch service for customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store-owned gear as needed
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
