We are seeking an experienced Guitar Technician (Luthier) to join our team at Store 834. As a key member of our repair department, you will be responsible for servicing customer-owned instruments, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repairs, and performing additional duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of repairing guitars and a customer-focused mindset. You should be able to interact effectively with customers, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative to resolve issues. Proficiency in product knowledge and sales techniques is also highly desirable.
