Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers
- Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of guitar repair
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products
Compensation:
$16.00/hr - $24.00/hr plus commission based on background and experience.
