Job Summary:
As our Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and contribute to business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
Key Characteristics:
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, providing an excellent customer experience. Connects with customers in a meaningful way, being approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities & issues, follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, learns quickly, takes positive action without request, and develops knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques for retention.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Servicing customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
- Maintains store-owned gear as requested.
- Completes warranty repair work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
