">The Role
We are seeking a skilled Repair Tech with a strong understanding of repairing guitars, excellent product knowledge on Guitar Center products, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments
- Assisting in the maintenance of store inventory
- Providing great customer experience and quality work
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Able to develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales and leadership
- Effective training and communication skills
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
