Job Title: Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Repair Technician to join our team, providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assisting with store inventory maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music, has excellent customer service skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality work.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Additional responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
- Maintaining store-owned gear as requested
- Completing warranty repair work
- Performing additional duties as assigned
