As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing business through great customer experiences and quality work.

- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and can provide an excellent customer experience. Connects with customers in a meaningful way, is approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, learns quickly, and takes positive action without being requested to do so. Develops knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
Responsibilities as our Repair Technician:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high levels of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
