As a Retail Guitar Repair Technician, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will interact with customers, deliver exceptional craftsmanship in servicing guitars, and maintain store inventory while fostering an inclusive environment.

As our Repair Tech, you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing business through great customer experience and quality work.
Characteristics of Successful Repair Technicians
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience. Able to connect with customers in a meaningful way.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additonal duties as assigned
