We are seeking a skilled Repair Tech (Guitar) to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
