As a Regional Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing Cabinetry Installations – Managing multiple job sites to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our high standards.
- Managing & Training Install Crews – Recruiting, leading, and mentoring installation teams for consistent quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control & Inspections – Ensuring all installs meet company and customer expectations.
- Warranty & Service Management – Handling post-installation service requests and issue resolution.
- Customer & Contractor Coordination – Serving as the main point of contact between Gulf Coast Cabinetry and builders, contractors, and vendors.

- Experience in Cabinetry Installation – Hands-on knowledge of cabinetry installs, carpentry, or millwork.
- Project Management Skills – Previous experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and working with construction timelines.
- Strong Leadership Ability – A problem-solver who can keep teams motivated and projects on track.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable using project management software and quickly learning new applications.
- Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or van capable of securing company tools and traveling across the region.
