Gulf Coast Health Center in Orange, TX is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct nursing care.

This full-time position offers the potential for growth, a friendly staff, and an opportunity to enhance the health of our dedicated patients. This is a full-time position, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating, assessing, and implementing patients’ care
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of patient services to reflect plans of care
- Work with patients’ families to teach them how to provide follow-up or preventative care
