Main Purpose: The Offshore Rope Access Level III Technician safely supervises, plans, and executes rope access operations, including inspections, upkeep, repairs, blasting, painting and rigging tasks on offshore platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use rope access techniques to perform and lead rope access technicians in advanced inspections, maintenance, repairs, blasting, painting and rigging on offshore platforms
- Develop and implement rope access work plans and risk assessments
- Adhere to safety procedures, including proper equipment inspection, fall protection measures and communication protocols
- Supervise and mentor Level I and Level II Rope Access Technicians
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of rope access operations with overall project objectives

Requirements:
- Must possess an active SPRAT or IRATA Level III Certification
- Must possess advanced theoretical knowledge of rope access equipment and techniques
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols
Desirable Experience, Education, and Training:
- 5 years experience as a Rope Access Level III Technician in offshore coating, construction, and/or maintenance required
- Highschool diploma or GED
