Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate processing and coding of invoices in Quickbooks.
- Obtain and track credit memos to ensure they are correct and processed in a timely manner.
- Process on-time payments to our vendors.
- Monitor and maintain internal control for credit card processing
- Collect outstanding receivables and research claims
- Issue and maintain fuel cards for drivers
- Post receivable payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
- Experience processing accounts receivable and accounts payable for multiple companies.
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
