Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate processing and coding of invoices in Quickbooks.
• Obtain and track credit memos to ensure they are correct and processed in a timely manner.
• Process on-time payments to our vendors.
• Monitor and maintain internal control for credit card processing
• Collect outstanding receivables and research claims
• Issue and maintain fuel cards for drivers
• Post receivable payments
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
• Experience processing accounts receivable and accounts payable for multiple companies.
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
