Job Description:
The Manager, Loyalty & Experience will lead and optimize our Gulf Pay loyalty and mobile payment program. The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and enhance initiatives designed to drive customer retention, engagement, and advocacy. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and a deep understanding of customer behavior to build and execute a comprehensive loyalty strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute initiatives to support the loyalty strategy and deliver against revenue and profit projections
- Continually refine programmatic elements & experiences to optimize and drive incremental revenue growth through higher member engagement
- Develop a strong understanding of loyalty members using data from a variety of sources and use data to paint a clear picture of program performance, member behavior, and opportunities to grow incremental revenue
- Lead daily operations and partner with 3rd party vendor, payment partners, customer service and field team to ensure product and program is meeting desired needs and outcomes
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to help identify areas of improvement
- Work closely with creative and content to develop various campaigns throughout the year
- Identify effectiveness and impact of campaigns through tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide thought leadership on program and identify opportunities to drive and support company initiatives
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Loyalty or Strategy with experience designing and deploying a complex, multi-channel loyalty program (ideally, both acquisition and retention-focused). Program design utilizing a variety of messages, incentives, rewards, and products to establish and enhance purchase and visits over time. These programs should include multi-channel tools for building and driving engagement and loyalty, supported by the most sophisticated segmentation, analytics, and marketing
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities for synthesizing complex data and translating data into a compelling story and measurable business case
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
