Job Summary
GSPS Marine, located in Gulf Shores, AL is the Gulf Coast’s fastest growing marine & power sports dealership with the area’s best brands and the largest selection of inventory available. We are now looking to add a Marine Sales & Power Sports Consultant to our sales team to sell our diverse marine & power sports product lines. The ideal candidate is dedicated, highly motivated, energetic, and experienced in sales related field and exemplifies excellent customer and negotiating skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Full knowledge of product line, standard and additional options, as well as electronics packages.
- Show boats on lot, on water, at boat shows or at off-site displays.
- Gaining a commitment to buy from prospective customers.
- Is responsible for the sales of new and used Powersports and Marine products.
- Oversee the delivery of the unit sold.
- After the sale customers follow up.
- Ensures each lead and sales call received is managed in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure that all customer and unit information is correct.
- Also, work closely with the service department to ensure that the unit is prepped and ready on time for delivery to the customer.
- Strong six figure income opportunity for those who excel.
- Must have a clean driving record.
Job Requirements: - Experience in sales is required, preferably in Marine & Powersports or a related recreational field.
- Strong customer service skills
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to meet and exceed goals set.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9-5:30
