Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. based in Nappanee, Indiana is a leading name in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry, dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative RVs that provide exceptional comfort and adventure for their customers. With a legacy spanning several decades.

Gulf Stream’s corporate office has an Accounts Receivable position open. This position if full-time, on-site, M-F, with preferred hours 8-5 with some flexibility.

General Responsibilities:

• Collect Payments from customers.
• Record and process payments.
• Send invoices.
• Manager customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
• Perform collection activities.
• Update customer account information.
• Reconcile accounts.

General Requirements/Experience:

• Must have reliable transportation for completing bank deposits when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and priorities workload effectively.
• Accuracy with attention to detail.
• Customer service skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Dependable with a Positive attitude.
• Proficiency in mathematics and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AS400 and Lawson applications are a plus.

Gulf Stream offers competitive wages depending on experience in the accounting field. Required High School diploma or GED. Preferred 2 years’ experience or an associate’s degree in a related field.
