With a commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled seawall installer/jetter to join us.

Position Overview:
As a Seawall Installer/Jetter at Gulfshore Marine Construction, you will be responsible for performing high-quality installations of seawalls. Responsibilities include ensuring the panels are installed perfectly level, or operating jetting equipment in the water to install the seawalls. You will work with our dedicated seawall crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Prior experience installing seawalls is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain various types of seawalls, including concrete, vinyl, and riprap, ensuring that they are installed perfectly straight.
• Work as needed either on land ensuring the seawall panels are installed perfectly level or jetting in the water to assist in the installation of the seawall panels.
• Operate and maintain jetting equipment for site preparation and material movement, including dredging and soil displacement.
• Ability to work in the water while jetting.
• Work with excavator operator and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in seawall installation, marine construction, and/or jetting operations.
• Knowledge of marine construction materials and techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in challenging weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
