In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development, programming, and commissioning of advanced Alerton building automation systems (BAS). This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities, a passion for optimizing HVAC controls, and a deep understanding of system integration and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and commission complex Alerton BAS, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and third-party control networks.
- Manage the controls programming process from project inception through completion, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior engineers, programmers, and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fine-tune BAS for optimal performance, focusing on energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term reliability.
- Work closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, and clients to understand project requirements, deliver technical solutions, and provide onsite and remote support during project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including sequence of operations, point-to-point testing protocols, as-built drawings, and compliance reports aligned with industry standards and best practices.
