Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to keep projects on target.
- Prepare and review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Provide on-site support as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in mechanical construction or a related industry.
- Understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems within commercial construction.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on special projects or fast-track mechanical construction jobs.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Familiarity with estimating software and mechanical system design.
