Job Description
We are looking for a Knowledgeable Working Pool Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at multiple construction sites. As the point of reference of both worker and supervisor, you will be a key person for the completion of each project. A construction foreman that has a solid background in the pool construction industry. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. We will train the right person, but prefer 2 years of pool construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Monitor attendance of crew
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers and subcontractors
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers
- Work with the crews to complete each task daily while managing crews at different sites.
Skills
- Proven experience as a pool construction foreman
- In-depth knowledge of pool construction plumbing, procedures and equipment
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints is a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Problem-solving abilities
You must have a valid Texas Drivers License
