We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Set up banquet rooms, tables, and serving stations according to event orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during events.
• Respond to guest requests and provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a banquet server or in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
